Boulder Senior Pictures, Brittany

I kept thinking I would have this up sooner, not sure what I was thinking it being the week before school starts. I think I have been to the school almost every day for testing, back to school nights, helping set up a darkroom (I am jumping up and down about that I am so excited!!!), and various other errands. So I am sorry Brittany for not getting it up sooner, but here they finally are! I think they came out fabulous! The day was perfect - no sprinklers going off in the middle of the shoot and the sun stayed behind the clouds at just the right times! Brittany has a great smile and she seemed to know how to do every pose! It made it so easy!


The wind even cooperated and blew her hair nicely, not that crazy blustery wind you can get in Boulder.





















This one of my favorite gates ever! It is so wonderful and it leads into one of the best spots to do pictures! I try not to use it often, I don't think I'm really supposed to be there.... but shhhhh and it'll be ok for at least one more season.



I love her eyes! They are so beautiful!

 When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Grace Senior Pictures, Boulder Co

  Sometimes the best things are worth the wait—and Grace’s senior session was definitely one of those moments. After rescheduling thanks to Colorado’s unpredictable rain (seriously, the rain wasn’t acting the way it’s supposed to!), we finally landed the most beautiful day . There was just the right amount of sparkle in the air—it was perfect. Grace is such a delightfully beautiful young lady, inside and out. Her energy is gentle but radiant, and from the moment she showed up, she was so excited to be in front of the camera. That kind of enthusiasm? It’s contagious—and honestly, I was just as excited as she was! We had a great time exploring by the creek, Chautauqua and the top of Flagstaff   Mountain and soaking in that golden light, and creating portraits that felt so her. And then…I brought out the mylar. 😄 I had this fun, artsy idea to play with reflections and light using sheets of mylar—something a little different, a little sparkly, and totally dreamy.
