Eagle Ridge High School Senior Pictures, Kate

When I first met Kate, I was so in love with her!  She is so adorable, giggly and the sweetest girl ever!  She couldn't stop laughing and it was so endearing!
One of my other favorite things was her lip stick!  She loves her lipstick and again I just found it endearing.  What a fun girl!

 I love this image!  The light was so amazing!  I was so excited that there were leaves on the ground!  Because, here in Colorado, Fall lasted about 2 weeks, it was such a bummer!  I was a little worried about doing pictures in a spot with so many trees, but it worked out so wonderful!
 I love these trees on the edge of Waneka Lake!  They are just gorgeous!





 I did ask her to do some serious faces, but the laughter that followed let me know that she is better off with a smile on her face.

 I love, love these in the field!  The light was amazing and everything about Kate was perfect for these grasses!









 Her and her mom are so cute!

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Isaak's Senior Pictures, Boulder

 Isaak was so easygoing and genuinely amazing to be around!  He wanted his senior pictures at sunset in Boulder, which is always a hit or a miss. There’s just something about that golden light hitting the rocks and mountains that makes everything feel magical. The only catch? Everyone else thinks so too. I picked this spot years ago because hardly anyone goes there. But this time, when we showed up, it was packed ! I couldn’t believe it. I was like, really?? Why here, today of all days? As it turns out, a sweet group of friends was setting up for a surprise proposal right in the middle of our spot. I mean, adorable, but also, the timing!  But honestly, that’s one of the things I love about my job, something unexpected always happens. Whether it’s weather changes, running late, surprise events, or wardrobe hiccups, it's always a challenge! And every single time, it ends up being even better than what I planned.
