Denver Maternity Session, Meg and Nick

My grand baby is in that belly!  Eeeek! I am so excited!  I am pretty sure I am not ready for this!  But I have to say Meg is amazing - for so many more reasons than this, but on this day it was cold and she stood out there without a jacket and in heels.  On the lake and in the snow.  
I love this girl!  She is just the right amount of sassy, with some love and sweetness too.

 I really love pregnancy, it is such an amazing time.

  Look I let her wear a jacket in the cold! And she is so happy about it!

 Relationship goals!  Meg thought these two were just adorable!
 This was all fun and games.  Until Meg fell out of the wagon - how did I not realize that gravity works 24/7???  But let me tell you, it does.  And if you pull the wagon with a pregnant person sitting at the back of the wagon, she will fall out.  I felt so bad!

 My assistant.  He only agreed to come along to see his brother, but then he just sat around the entire time.  Kids!

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Isaak's Senior Pictures, Boulder

 Isaak was so easygoing and genuinely amazing to be around!  He wanted his senior pictures at sunset in Boulder, which is always a hit or a miss. There’s just something about that golden light hitting the rocks and mountains that makes everything feel magical. The only catch? Everyone else thinks so too. I picked this spot years ago because hardly anyone goes there. But this time, when we showed up, it was packed ! I couldn’t believe it. I was like, really?? Why here, today of all days? As it turns out, a sweet group of friends was setting up for a surprise proposal right in the middle of our spot. I mean, adorable, but also, the timing!  But honestly, that’s one of the things I love about my job, something unexpected always happens. Whether it’s weather changes, running late, surprise events, or wardrobe hiccups, it's always a challenge! And every single time, it ends up being even better than what I planned.
