Denver Senior Pictures, Bri

Bri was on the fence about doing Senior Pictures, she wasn't really interested in doing traditional pictures, so I started mentioning a few things I have done that were out of the box and when I got to cemeteries the girl lit up! I was of course hoping that she would want to do them in a cemetery because I love them so much! So we agreed on a cemetery and then the day came and I wasn’t sure we would be able to do it because of the rain (AGAIN with the rain!) But we took a chance and did it and I think the weather was actually extra spot on! These look so moody and amazing! I did make us drive very short distances because I was worried that the heavy clouds would just unleash a horrible storm upon us and it did start to rain as we left, other than that it was AWESOME!




I absolutely love this one!  And yes, I added the birds - BUT it did happen and that's what made me think to add the birds... So, I am going with divine inspiration on this one.
I love that Alize came to Bri's Senior Pictures too!  It was so great to see Alize again!

I am in love with these on the road!  I knew I was going to love them the minute I sat down and looked up at the sky!  And Bri did a perfect job with her stance!


It was getting so dark and I decided to play with movement, if the rain wasn't like right there about to start, we would have played a bit more.  I also didn't want to get locked in because the time of the cemetery gates closed seemed to be up to whoever closed them and that information didn't seem to be distributed past their person.

Sophia Senior Pictures, Boulder

The thing I remember the most about Sophia's session was walking around chatting and laughing! This girl is going places, she is just so busy with everything! And I bet she does everything with that beautiful smile of hers! I love this one!  Her hair!  It is just gorgeous! I love that whatever pose I put her in, she looked so amazing!   I love all these colors, they were absolutely beautiful! I mentioned that she could get into the water if she wanted and the next thing I know she is sitting in the water!  It was so awesome! And then the sun came out!  We were out of the field at this point and when the sun came out, Sophia and I ran back and did some more pictures!  I was so excited! Tanner's Senior Pictures, Boulder

This young man! He is fantastic! I loved that he knew what he wanted and we were able to find some marvelous spots!  Look at those colors!  They were so amazing!   I did Tanner's  sisters senior pictures  a few years ago and these two are just wonderful kids!  I really love working with their family!  They are just wonderful people! I love this one! I just love this one of these two! We were done and on the way back to the car when I saw the sky and I was I like we have to do more!  I ran to my car, got a light and we did a few more pictures! I love this one! I absolutely love this shirt!  It is so awesome! Denver Family Portraits, Kalani and Todd

When Kalani called and said she wanted to do pictures at her house, I was so excited! I love doing pictures in people's homes! I worry about toddlers in their own homes, they tend to be a little too comfortable and sometimes don't listen, but this little guy was amazing! He was definitely the star of the show!
