San Antonio Senior Pictures, Claudia

Our family has been talking about May 2021 for years! There are 2 nieces and my very own sweet boy graduating next year. We always thought it would be hardest on the grandparents flying from California to Colorado and Texas. And we were all hoping they would be on different weekends. And now it's here and it may not be an issue. I was so looking forward to doing Claudia's senior pictures! They live in Texas and the one thing I love about Texas is the light! Oh my gosh, it is such amazing light! I didn't get to see Claudia as much as I wanted on our trip because she's incredibly busy teen! But the time we did get spend together was so wonderful! She is such a delightful person! She is so smart and ambitious! I love that she is my niece!



When I scoped out the location Claudia wanted to do pictures at I couldn't believe this spot!  It is so incredible!  






I love this spot so much!  It's like a little fairy land!

I don't know why I don't do more pictures with sunglasses, every time I do I love them so much!




I have such a hard time believing this is Claudia!  I love this image so much!

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Isaak's Senior Pictures, Boulder

 Isaak was so easygoing and genuinely amazing to be around!  He wanted his senior pictures at sunset in Boulder, which is always a hit or a miss. There’s just something about that golden light hitting the rocks and mountains that makes everything feel magical. The only catch? Everyone else thinks so too. I picked this spot years ago because hardly anyone goes there. But this time, when we showed up, it was packed ! I couldn’t believe it. I was like, really?? Why here, today of all days? As it turns out, a sweet group of friends was setting up for a surprise proposal right in the middle of our spot. I mean, adorable, but also, the timing!  But honestly, that’s one of the things I love about my job, something unexpected always happens. Whether it’s weather changes, running late, surprise events, or wardrobe hiccups, it's always a challenge! And every single time, it ends up being even better than what I planned.
