Boulder Senior Pictures, Katy

I am so excited to be doing senior pictures again!! I have known Katy since she was little, so it was even more exciting! After 20 minutes of not being to find each other, I realized that I had copied the location below where I was and that was what I sent to them... massive head slap! So we both spent the next hour trying to text or call and find each other in a spotty service area, I was just short of getting out of the car and yelling Katy! When we finally found each other, we were in this gorgeous area, so that worked out great! And at the end we got to see the sun set, so my faux pas actually worked out fantastic! Except her sister didn’t get to eat Noodles and I felt really bad about that!

I love Katy's hair!  It is so much fun!

I did this same pose with her sister Ellie and I was a little reticent about doing it with Katy, she made it all her own!  I love the pop of color from the flowers!

Love this one!

I love LOVE the light!  I wish it would last just a wee bit longer!

Katy is an amazing softball player!  I was really bummed they didn't have their new uniforms yet!  Hopefully, we can get a few pictures taken when she gets it!

Love, love her and her mom! Ariana is the greatest mom!  She does so much for her daughters and it is so inspiring!

These two!  They are just so cute together! I adore watching them being goofy and laughing together!

Sage's Senior Pictures, Boulder

When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! The locations she chose were absolutely perfect, and they fit her so well. And then, as if the day knew how amazing Sage is, the sun came out just for her. It had been hiding behind the clouds for quite a while, but suddenly it burst through, lighting up her gorgeous hair and giving everything this beautiful, glowy warmth. It honestly felt magical, and I couldn’t have been more excited. Photographing Sage was such an honor. She’s kind, authentic, and absolutely radiant—I just adored every moment of her session! She has the greatest smile! I love these in the water!  It was such a beautiful day! I love this one!  It is just magical! Her and her brother are so cute! I love these in the grasses!...

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. I can’t wait to share more from her senior year as one of my Influencers—she’s truly a star in front of the camera! I just l...

Grace Senior Pictures, Boulder Co

Sometimes the best things are worth the wait—and Grace’s senior session was definitely one of those moments. After rescheduling thanks to Colorado’s unpredictable rain (seriously, the rain wasn’t acting the way it’s supposed to!), we finally landed the most beautiful day . There was just the right amount of sparkle in the air—it was perfect. Grace is such a delightfully beautiful young lady, inside and out. Her energy is gentle but radiant, and from the moment she showed up, she was so excited to be in front of the camera. That kind of enthusiasm? It’s contagious—and honestly, I was just as excited as she was! We had a great time exploring by the creek, Chautauqua and the top of Flagstaff   Mountain and soaking in that golden light, and creating portraits that felt so her. And then…I brought out the mylar. 😄 I had this fun, artsy idea to play with reflections and light using sheets of mylar—something a little different, a little sparkly, and totally dreamy. Turns out...
