Donte Senior Pictures

I have known this young man for a few years and I can tell you he is fantastic! He has such an amazing ethic of what it means to be the oldest sibling. If I ever was reincarnated, I would want to be his sibling! He is the best big brother I have ever seen! He is just amazing!

Donte really wanted to do downtown and have the buildings behind him, I was extra excited about doing that!  Usually if I’m downtown it’s with murals or alleys.  It has been awhile since I had someone who wanted to do something different! We were all over downtown chasing tall buildings, we parked 4 different times and always found parking!  Even though there was a Rockies game! Donte is like my parking good luck charm!

I don’t think Donte was excited about these in front of Avanti, but I think they came out great!  I love this spot so much!  The white, black and red looks so amazing in photos and he just fit in perfect here!

I love these in the alley!

Every time, I go to the Starbucks in REI I am like I want to pictures by that window, those stairs and that door.  We went into get our parking validated (Starbucks no longer validates FYI) and there were people by the stairs and that door, but the window was free.  I was like a kid!  I was soooo excited!  I have been dreaming about this for years!  The best part is there was a building in the back ground, so I knew if I had to sell the spot to Donte, I had buildings!

We finally made it to the buildings!  It was perfect they were all lit up and look absolutely fantastic!

Sage's Senior Pictures, Boulder

When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! The locations she chose were absolutely perfect, and they fit her so well. And then, as if the day knew how amazing Sage is, the sun came out just for her. It had been hiding behind the clouds for quite a while, but suddenly it burst through, lighting up her gorgeous hair and giving everything this beautiful, glowy warmth. It honestly felt magical, and I couldn’t have been more excited. Photographing Sage was such an honor. She’s kind, authentic, and absolutely radiant—I just adored every moment of her session! She has the greatest smile! I love these in the water!  It was such a beautiful day! I love this one!  It is just magical! Her and her brother are so cute! I love these in the grasses!...

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. I can’t wait to share more from her senior year as one of my Influencers—she’s truly a star in front of the camera! I just l...

Grace Senior Pictures, Boulder Co

Sometimes the best things are worth the wait—and Grace’s senior session was definitely one of those moments. After rescheduling thanks to Colorado’s unpredictable rain (seriously, the rain wasn’t acting the way it’s supposed to!), we finally landed the most beautiful day . There was just the right amount of sparkle in the air—it was perfect. Grace is such a delightfully beautiful young lady, inside and out. Her energy is gentle but radiant, and from the moment she showed up, she was so excited to be in front of the camera. That kind of enthusiasm? It’s contagious—and honestly, I was just as excited as she was! We had a great time exploring by the creek, Chautauqua and the top of Flagstaff   Mountain and soaking in that golden light, and creating portraits that felt so her. And then…I brought out the mylar. 😄 I had this fun, artsy idea to play with reflections and light using sheets of mylar—something a little different, a little sparkly, and totally dreamy. Turns out...
