Logaan Senior Pictures

I am so blessed to have such amazing people around me! Logaan has been my neighbor for years and years and I am so happy that he wanted me to do his senior pictures! I mean just because your neighbor is a photographer doesn’t mean you are going to use them! And he is such a fantastic young man, so I am really lucky. You would know in a few minutes of meeting him how wonderful he is! And he has this wonderful smile that makes you to be around him more!

I love the spot that Logaan picked to do pictures at.  I don’t do pictures here a lot, but I really love it here, so it was great that Logaan wanted to go there too. The trees and grass are just amazing here and when he showed me his blue shirt I was so extra excited.  I knew everything was going to look fantastic!

I had photographed his brother too and we did some at a baseball field, these 2 boys have been in all kinds of baseball organizations since they were little!  I was a little bummed we weren’t doing more baseball with Logaan, but I also wanted him to have his own thing.  And so much of what we did was super awesome!  We had trees and water and cool park structures.

I have had so many people wanting this kind of light.  I can always figure out the time of day that it will show up, but if there are too many clouds or not enough trees or too many trees the light is very affected.  We were so lucky to get this light with Logaan!

I love the reflections on the water!  So great!

Sage's Senior Pictures, Boulder

When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! The locations she chose were absolutely perfect, and they fit her so well. And then, as if the day knew how amazing Sage is, the sun came out just for her. It had been hiding behind the clouds for quite a while, but suddenly it burst through, lighting up her gorgeous hair and giving everything this beautiful, glowy warmth. It honestly felt magical, and I couldn’t have been more excited. Photographing Sage was such an honor. She’s kind, authentic, and absolutely radiant—I just adored every moment of her session! She has the greatest smile! I love these in the water!  It was such a beautiful day! I love this one!  It is just magical! Her and her brother are so cute! I love these in the grasses!...

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. I can’t wait to share more from her senior year as one of my Influencers—she’s truly a star in front of the camera! I just l...

Grace Senior Pictures, Boulder Co

Sometimes the best things are worth the wait—and Grace’s senior session was definitely one of those moments. After rescheduling thanks to Colorado’s unpredictable rain (seriously, the rain wasn’t acting the way it’s supposed to!), we finally landed the most beautiful day . There was just the right amount of sparkle in the air—it was perfect. Grace is such a delightfully beautiful young lady, inside and out. Her energy is gentle but radiant, and from the moment she showed up, she was so excited to be in front of the camera. That kind of enthusiasm? It’s contagious—and honestly, I was just as excited as she was! We had a great time exploring by the creek, Chautauqua and the top of Flagstaff   Mountain and soaking in that golden light, and creating portraits that felt so her. And then…I brought out the mylar. 😄 I had this fun, artsy idea to play with reflections and light using sheets of mylar—something a little different, a little sparkly, and totally dreamy. Turns out...
