Hailey Senior Pictures

I photographed Hailey's family years and years ago! It was so great to hear from her mom! I was so excited that she remembered me and wanted me to do Hailey's senior pictures! And it was so cute, she has the same smile as she did when she was little! It really was great to connect with them again! Hailey was a little bit shy in the beginning, but she warmed up as we went. I was really glad it wasn't terribly busy, sometimes that makes it so much harder to connect with people and connecting is really what I love about my job! And it makes the images all come out so much better!

The wind was absolutely perfect!  It just blew the right amount and made her hair look amazing!

I love this one!
This was the first time I used this umbrella and it was so much fun!  I love it so much!

I love this one!  I really want to know what she was thinking about!  The possibilities!

I told Hailey to shake her hair, I mean she has the best hair for this!  I said I will take hundreds of pictures and only use 4… And now I am stuck with about 20 and trying to narrow it down.  Haha!  Of course so many came out so amazing! I shouldn’t have said anything!

I was so excited about the bike rack!  For once, there wasn’t a single bike in the rack!  What are the chances??  Trust me, they are pretty high!  It’s Colorado.  Downtown. In a popular area.  There are always bikes in that rack!

I love these!

Sage's Senior Pictures, Boulder

When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! The locations she chose were absolutely perfect, and they fit her so well. And then, as if the day knew how amazing Sage is, the sun came out just for her. It had been hiding behind the clouds for quite a while, but suddenly it burst through, lighting up her gorgeous hair and giving everything this beautiful, glowy warmth. It honestly felt magical, and I couldn’t have been more excited. Photographing Sage was such an honor. She’s kind, authentic, and absolutely radiant—I just adored every moment of her session! She has the greatest smile! I love these in the water!  It was such a beautiful day! I love this one!  It is just magical! Her and her brother are so cute! I love these in the grasses!...

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. I can’t wait to share more from her senior year as one of my Influencers—she’s truly a star in front of the camera! I just l...

Grace Senior Pictures, Boulder Co

Sometimes the best things are worth the wait—and Grace’s senior session was definitely one of those moments. After rescheduling thanks to Colorado’s unpredictable rain (seriously, the rain wasn’t acting the way it’s supposed to!), we finally landed the most beautiful day . There was just the right amount of sparkle in the air—it was perfect. Grace is such a delightfully beautiful young lady, inside and out. Her energy is gentle but radiant, and from the moment she showed up, she was so excited to be in front of the camera. That kind of enthusiasm? It’s contagious—and honestly, I was just as excited as she was! We had a great time exploring by the creek, Chautauqua and the top of Flagstaff   Mountain and soaking in that golden light, and creating portraits that felt so her. And then…I brought out the mylar. 😄 I had this fun, artsy idea to play with reflections and light using sheets of mylar—something a little different, a little sparkly, and totally dreamy. Turns out...
