Brighton Senior Pictures, Viri

Viri really wanted to do pictures at a gardens and I was more than delighted to do that!  I love visiting gardens.  So we went to the Botanic Gardens and what fun it was!  (Just a warning to other photographer's, they now charge a high shoot fee, so check it out before you go!) 

Viri is a very sweet girl, and I mean sweet.  Like when I asked her to get in the water, and then I saw the sign that says "Stay out of the water".  So I said we should hurry and if someone had been filming you would have seen us do those poses in like 5.5 seconds!  Ka-bam!  We got it done, wasn't that sweet of her to hurry and listen and hurry?  I mean really sweet, or we would have gotten in trouble and obviously I would have taken the blame, so you can see what I mean.

 See!  She's in the water, but to my defense, the sign was a bit hidden in foliage.  And I figured, she was already in the water... we had already broken the rule, so why not get some fantabulous images anyway...

She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Elli, Senior Pictures

  I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite!   It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain?
