Boulder Senior Pictures, Cody

What a day this was! There was no chance of rain in the forecast most of the day and then a few hours before a storm rolled in and knocked down branches and trees, created smalls lakes in the middle of roads and made it really hard to get anywhere! All of us were late to Cody's pictures and for a bit I wasn't sure any of us would make it. But we did and had some beautiful light - and a much cooler afternoon for pictures! It really worked out in a very weird way. I love beautiful all the colors look together!  And Cody just pops with that blue shirt! I love that Cody wanted to do pictures with the Flat Irons!  They are beautiful and amazing!  One of the things I love about parents coming to sessions is that sometimes they can get their kids to smile so much better than I can.  Sometimes it's the opposite and they don't smile at all.  But Cody's mom was able to get him to smile!  There was a bit of  mischievousness in some of his smiles and I loved that!  A little bit

Denver Senior Pictures, Diana

The fun we had! Diana is in love with space and we were so lucky to be able to do pictures at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science! It was like a dream come true for both of us! I absolutely love her makeup, she did an amazing job! If you haven't been to the Space exhibit at  DMNS  lately, you should go!  There are so many new interactive exhibits! And this huge screen that cycles through amazing images from the  James Webb telescope , they are so beautiful!  I couldn't be happier that we were able to create this for Diana! I love this girl's laugh! This area is new and such a marvelous new addition! I think Diana and I would have both liked to play around and not just take pictures, but we were on a mission!  I could have stayed in this room for hours!  There were so many opportunities to do fun pictures here!  I really hope that someday Diana gets to be on a space mission and she is this happy!  Her love for space is so inspiring.  What she is doing now to get into the

Boulder Senior Pictures, Liam

I have known this kid for years and years! He and my son were friends in elementary school and I have been so lucky to get to know him and his family! Liam is such an incredible gymnast; he just amazes me with what he can do - like how can he do that?? If I could put memes here, there would be one of a jaw on the floor. We had to reschedule his session twice! The first time I had been exposed to covid and the second time it poured rain, which we couldn't even be mad at because we needed it so bad! We were so lucky this day, it was beautiful in the beginning and as we started to leave the 1st location, it started to rain. I was a little worried that our next stop it would be raining too, but luckily it was moody clouds and a bit sunny – which made for some amazing skies all around the mountains! It was so amazing! One of the things I love about Boulder Falls is all the rocks!  So many rocks with tons of character!   This is really why we were there!  The falls!  They are just amazin
