Downtown Denver has so many fun spots for senior pictures. Between the architecture, interesting textures, city streets and lights, and little corners you might otherwise walk right past, there's plenty to explore. We wandered through downtown, found some great backdrops, and let the session unfold naturally. And then... the rain that wasn't supposed to happen, happened  😂 It was such a bummer!  We had to reschedule for another day. I love these! I hadn't even really noticed this bus stop until we were almost past it, if we were in a car there would have been screeching tires 😂 I love this sculpture they have hung over the splash pad at Union Station!  It is so cool! One of the coolest things about rain are the reflections!  I really wish it had stopped sooner so we could keep going! But the great thing about rescheduling is getting 2 locations in! Another reluctant high school senior success!  I mean, can Austin really say he was reluctant and look so good??? 😂 Compared to his sister , yes he was reluctant.  But just as an individual, not compared to his sister, he was just perfect! We were just going to do pictures on Flagstaff Mountain, but at the last minute we decided to do some at Chautauqua and I am so glad!  The colors were absolutely amazing! I love these in the field so much! The light was just so amazing at the top of Flagstaff Mountain!  I know why so many people go up there to watch the sun set!  It is just gorgeous! We ran into these two!  Such a treat! Austin is such bright and ambitious young man!  I can't wait to see what he decides to do in the next couple of years! He has some great opportunities coming up! I had no idea that Austin's mom was afraid of heights... But she went and sat on that rock to save our spot so we could get sunset pictures.  And then I saw her face a...

If I could say one thing about the boys of summer, it would be that they are very reluctant to do pictures, but very cooperative 😂 But w hat a relief!  It is so hard to coax a reluctant teenager to pose and smile!   I don't know that Jackson didn't want to be there, but he wasn't jumping for joy either 😜 But he was such a trooper and did everything I asked.  I even suspect that he wasn't excited about posing with the bronze fish... but he did it! I love these by the river!  I was so thankful it was so full!  Earlier in the summer it wasn't and it didn't look this good! I love this one!
