I have known Irma since she was probably 7 - she used to ride the bus with my daughter and I remember watching them get on the bus. They were so small getting on such a big bus! And now Irma is almost 15 and soooo adorably cute! I love totally lover her dress! I can't wait to photograph her Quinceanera ! Irma with all her entourage. I love the one in the red circle! I love the red wall! I wish there was a yellow and blue one just like it.

The other day I was at the grocery store, and this man was putting his toddler son into the car. His son reached up out of the cart and the man gave him a huge hug, gave him a big kiss on the forehead and he said 'I love you buddy'. And me, in the parking lot almost cried. Then I saw this image, and I was like I bet Trent is like that with Broddy. Just look at them! You can tell they totally love each other. And I love Julie! She has such a fabulous smile, it's the kind that makes you want to smile too. I love how Broddy is leaning into his mom. He is such a sweety! We tried, perhaps a bit unsuccessfully, to get Broddy to walk. But he did that funny, I'm going to go limp and not do anything you want. I still thought these images were very cute! And oh my! Ayden and Adelaina (I hope I've spelled their names right!) were very active children! I had a great time trying to keep up with them! I photographed them for a special I am doing for Joonbugz and we started out in Joni's beautful shop. Ayden was such a sweet boy, very curious about things and just a tad bit shy. This is his sister Adelaina and she is adorable! She is so pint sized full of personality! I really wanted to get all of Joonbugz's name in the image, but not all my ideas actually work out. But I still love the image! I love this image! And she did it all on her own too! Isn't he just too sweet?? I love this image of Ayden! He has such a great smile! I was trying to get them both to jump and Ayden was more than happy to oblige! Right about now is when she crashed and was done following directions to have pictures taken. This is the last of the cousin pictures. I'm kinda of sad that they are all done and posted, it was nice working on family images. So this is Jakob and Matt. Jakob is Olivia, Lexi and Zach's brother. Matt is Rachel's brother. They were very rambunctious and it was about to rain, so our session was cut very short. But they had fun anyway! I found this spot the morning we were leaving and no-one was really up to having pictures taken, but Jakob was nice enough to oblige. I was very glad because then Lexi and Makaela were willing to and it was a great spot!

I am so fortunate to have so many great nieces and nephews! And I was able to spend all of last week with them! So much fun! A tad bit crazy - there were 11 children in total. I will be posting images of all of them in batches throughout this next week or so. Here is the first batch - Gabby, Claudia and Rachel. Gabby and Claudia are sisters. I don't get to see them very often and I was so blessed to spend an entire afternoon with them as they ran from here to there and there to here begging me to take more pictures! They are so sweet and I adore them! One of my favorite images! This is Gabby. And Rachel. And Claudia. Rachel is awesome and loves it when I take her picture! She told me that day that when she grows up, she wants to be a photographer just like me! I almost cried! My new favorite door again!
