Colorado Portraits, Nichole and Loren

It has been such strange weather this year in Colorado (it always is, but this year has seemed a little more crazy than most.)  Cold - frigid at times.  And then nice warm Spring weather - some of my tulips are coming up, I don't think they will be so happy when we get those frigid temperatures back!  But the worst has been the wind!  Oh the wind!  And this day was a windy day!  I was so happy that we were going to have mild weather, but the wind snuck in there somehow and made it cold and miserable to stand outside.  Luckily we were able to go indoors!  They were such a lovely family and so incredibly patient!  One of the girls wasn't feeling well and she was such a trooper to do photos anyway.  I just loved these guys, all of the kids were so sweet and just really nice little ones!

 I love this one!  They are so cute!

Sophia Senior Pictures, Boulder

The thing I remember the most about Sophia's session was walking around chatting and laughing! This girl is going places, she is just so busy with everything! And I bet she does everything with that beautiful smile of hers! I love this one!  Her hair!  It is just gorgeous! I love that whatever pose I put her in, she looked so amazing!   I love all these colors, they were absolutely beautiful! I mentioned that she could get into the water if she wanted and the next thing I know she is sitting in the water!  It was so awesome! I would have suggested she get her hair wet, but we still had another location to get to! I love these in the field so much!   Chautuaqua  is always a magical place! And then the sun came out!  We were out of the field at this point and when the sun came out, Sophia and I ran back and did some more pictures!  I was so excited! Evan Senior Pictures, Golden

Evan really wanted to do pictures in an aspen grove and I was really worried all the leaves would be gone, and most of them were. But there were enough to make it look good. And the grasses! Oh my they were so amazing! I absolutely love the blue with all the fall colors!   I love this one! I love how Evan did his hair different at the 2nd location!  I always wish there was more time to do such things on sessions!
