Senior Influencer Team Fall session, Brighton Co

It feels like forever ago that I photographed this Senior Influencer Team session, probably because it has been 😅 But with how warm and sunny it’s stayed, it truly feels like it could’ve been last week! This particular day was one of those perfect fall afternoons where the light is soft, golden, and absolutely dreamy. We had such a fun time together, and Avery brought bubbles, which added the cutest touch to the whole session, Halloween-themed bubbles, no less!  Little details like that always make sessions feel extra special. I just love this team!  They are so wonderful together and seeing that most of them don't know each other, it's been a dream working with them! I love these triptics of all of them! When you start to run out of bubbles, you have to get the group in on it too!   The sitting on the tree branches was all Avery's idea.  And then she kind of freaked out when she realized how high up it was 😂 But I loved how everyone rallied around her! ...

Brayden, Golden, Co.

When Brayden said he wanted to do his senior pictures at Red Rocks, I was totally on board, Red Rocks is always amazing and absolutely beautiful! The only problem was the day we were doing them there was a concert.  I was very nervous! I’ve done sessions there before when a concert was happening that night, and it just a very adventurous thing to do. There are so many cars!  And people.  They are everywhere!  I didn’t even know who was performing that night, but that doesn't mean much...  I was crossing my fingers that it would all work out. And thankfully it did! It was perfect. There weren’t many people around until the doors opened, and that gave us such an amazing window to get some incredible shots. These are probably some of the greatest images I have taken at the tunnel! It was very exciting! We were lucky to be blessed with some beautiful deer! You can see all the cars starting to show up!  I was going to take them out, but then I was...

Hunter, Golden Co

One of the first things Hunter said to me was that he didn’t like smiling. I was ok with that, I always want my seniors to feel comfortable and be themselves during their session. But as a parent, I also know how nice it is to have at least a few smiling photos.  And in the future, he may actually like it too. But as we were talking, he started talking about his interest in photography and he started to smile. It was such a genuine moment, and I knew I had to try to capture it. He really has a great smile! I absolutely love talking about photography. I love hearing about what others are interested in and their creative dreams. I really hope Hunter continues to explore, it’s such a wonderful way to see the world, and I can’t imagine doing anything else myself! I was so worried about the light!  Usually the sun sets an hour before actual sunset here, but the sun was so low and close to the top of the mountain... I was like did I mis-calculate??? And then it just kept goi...
