 This is a family session that took years to happen!  I was so glad to finally be photographing them!  I have photographed so many of them seperately, but I haven't seen them together since Andrea and Emma got married years and years ago!  I think the kids were super little then!  Tea may have still been a baby! This family is just so awesome!  Every silly thing I told them to do, they brought it up a few notches!  I am just in love with them! And all of this is because of these 2 lovely people!  They are amazing! This is my favorite! So much laughter and love! Most of the time I suggest things and most families kind of roll their eyes and question why I'm there for a moment.  But these guys?  They just went for it and I couldn't stop laughing! Love!  I love the way Emma is looking at Andrea!  So sweet! So cute! I never thought I would see the day that a grandma would dab, but I did.  And I loved it! The in-laws... they a...

 We had such a great time playing in the box and creating grid photos. All evening, the laughter and giggles were nonstop. There’s something about the box that instantly loosens everyone up, I think it's the whole being in a box that reminds us to be playful. We had snowball fights and presents were tossed around, and everyone just got to be themselves! Two of my couples had the best time just being themselves. And they were both so different, it was just adorable!  That’s honestly one of my favorite things about this setup.  I wish we could have had everyone there together on the same night, but that’s the real brilliance of the box, it doesn’t matter who is there at the same time. Once I put it all together, it looks like one big, joyful moment shared by everyone. Well… almost always. 😄 Except when I don’t count properly and end up with not quite enough to fill nine boxes… or somehow too many to fit into nine boxes. Oops.  But honestly, even those little hicc...

 We were so lucky with Haydyn’s senior pictures. Late November sessions can be a toss-up and it was absolutely great.  From the very first click, Haydyn was a joy to photograph. He’s one of those people who is naturally upbeat—happy, easygoing, and just fun to be around. His smile is contagious and everything about this session was easygoing and fun! And then came the car pictures.   Haydyn lit up even more. And can you blame him?? This car is so wonderful!  His excitement made the whole day even more fun. I’m so thrilled with how Haydyn’s photos turned out, but more than that, I’m grateful for the time we spent laughing, exploring, and creating images that feel genuinely him .
