Downtown Denver Senior Portraits, Melissa

I was supposed to meet Melissa for a short Senior Picture session, just 3 poses. But I was late! Late! I have NEVER been late! I was horrified! But it all worked out! I extended it to a full session and what fun it was! I have never been so glad I was late! Melissa had great ideas and because we were downtown there were so many places to go!

I think these rods are more of a sculpture, I'm hoping so! They are so cool, I'd hate for them to go away!

This was really the shot she wanted. However, when I got there someone left a huge pile (taller than Union Station) of dirt in front of Union Station and some of the greatest scenes of downtown. We had to work around that left pile of dirt, I hope someone cleans it up real soon!



This is my favorite from the session!

This young man! He is fantastic! I loved that he knew what he wanted and we were able to find some marvelous spots!  Look at those colors!  They were so amazing!   I did Tanner's  sisters senior pictures  a few years ago and these two are just wonderful kids!  I really love working with their family!  They are just wonderful people! Sophia Senior Pictures, Boulder

The thing I remember the most about Sophia's session was walking around chatting and laughing! This girl is going places, she is just so busy with everything! And I bet she does everything with that beautiful smile of hers! I love this one!  Her hair!  It is just gorgeous! I love that whatever pose I put her in, she looked so amazing!   I love all these colors, they were absolutely beautiful! I mentioned that she could get into the water if she wanted and the next thing I know she is sitting in the water!  It was so awesome! I would have suggested she get her hair wet, but we still had another location to get to! I love these in the field so much!   Chautuaqua  is always a magical place! And then the sun came out!  We were out of the field at this point and when the sun came out, Sophia and I ran back and did some more pictures!  I was so excited! Evan Senior Pictures, Golden

Evan really wanted to do pictures in an aspen grove and I was really worried all the leaves would be gone, and most of them were. But there were enough to make it look good. And the grasses! Oh my they were so amazing! I absolutely love the blue with all the fall colors!   I love this one! I love how Evan did his hair different at the 2nd location!  I always wish there was more time to do such things on sessions!
