Colorado High School Senior Pictures, Harley

I loved doing Harley's pictures (I know!  I know!  I love doing every one's pictures!  But I extra loved doing Harley's!)  She was kind of shy at first, but after a little while she warmed and we had some great talks about when she lived in Italy and traveled in Europe.  It was all so much fun to hear!  And she is going to art school for sound design, sounds like so much fun!  Harley is such an interesting young lady!  I am so glad I got to meet her and take her Senior Pictures!  I love meeting young people that are so well rounded and have a sense of self.







 I love this one! 
 

 

 I love this spot!  It used to be a gallery and it closed and is now a coffee house.  It is so stinkin' cute!  I love the red benches and yellow lights!  Some day I might actually get something to drink there!

This young man! He is fantastic! I loved that he knew what he wanted and we were able to find some marvelous spots!  Look at those colors!  They were so amazing!   I did Tanner's  sisters senior pictures  a few years ago and these two are just wonderful kids!  I really love working with their family!  They are just wonderful people! I love this one! I just love this one of these two! We were done and on the way back to the car when I saw the sky and I was I like we have to do more!  I ran to my car, got a light and we did a few more pictures! I love this one! Alex, Senior Pictures

  When I talked to Alex's mom, she said he really didn't want to do pictures and she thought the best thing to do was to do family pictures and then sneak some senior pictures in.  I don't usually do that, but I figured that she knew how he would be the most comfortable and what would be the most successful.    I am so glad that we did it this way, she was definitely right!  I hope Alex at least had a decent time, but I could tell that he was not really into it - maybe if I'd had another hour with him....  just kidding, I think that would have made him super anxious!  I just hope in the future he keeps allowing himself to be photographed for those he loves.  Because even though he didn't want to do it, he did a great job and didn't complain at all.                                                 ...

Cecilia, Andrew and their adorable children. Oh and a few alpacas. Franktown, Co

Photographing with alpacas has been sooooo much fun! They are just adorable, sweet and have the cutest faces! And this family made it so much more enjoyable! These kids are downright adorable! And full of such personality - I was in love!   These kids!  Their reactions to the alpacas were just adorable!  There's a video on instagram about it too, I encourage you to go check it out!  So cute! Those sweaters!  They were so cute!  Hopefully they were warm because it was cold that day!  And out in the field with all the snow was so much cooler!  But those kids were amazing leaving their jackets off while we took pictures!  I personally would have frozen and just fallen over without my jacket! I love LOVE this light!  If the kids hadn't been warmly bundled in a wagon, I would have thrown them in to the image too, but to make them get out in the cold was a little cruel.   For more information on High School Seniors, Portraits and Weddings...
