Denver Newborn Portraits, Ahziah Amen Blue

Oh my gosh!  This little one! So stinking cute!  He was such a good baby with all our clothes changing and attempts at swaddling!  I had totally forgotten how to do it, Ahziah just layed there patiently waiting for me to figure it out and get on with it! And I love his name! It is beautiful!



He was the first baby to not startle or jump when I was messing with their feet!  He was such a patient little guy!

So sweet!

I love these two!  He just needed a little comforting before he could be on the floor again.



There were a few times he was like "hey lady!  It's my nap time!  Stop moving me around so much!"  But once he was asleep, he was out!  Until we undressed him that is....
You may remember the Oh Baby from his parent's maternity session, and yes he is the #5!
Feet are just my favorite!  I can't get enough! Especially the baby kind!
I am so glad his mom had this plastic egg!  Since he was born so close to Easter I thought it would be cute to make it look like he came out of an egg!  And it does, because he is that cute!

She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Elli, Senior Pictures

  I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite!   It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain?
