Nick and Zach

Zach and Nick are twins - I was very excited to do their pictures, well who wouldn't be? Twins are always fascinating. And just like most twins Nick and Zach were nothing alike, they even look different. But I still mixed them up and asked Nick about Zach's school and Zach about Nick's school. Quite embarrassing really! Their mom assured me they were hams, and really in their own way they were. They didn't like to smile too much, but so often without me telling them what to do they looked supermodels! At the park, we ran into -believe it or not twin boys. Who would have thought in a small town we would run into another set of twin boys? They had lost their boom-a-rang in a tree. Before Zach and Nick's mom could finish her sentence about how their dad would probably go up the tree to retrieve the boom-a-rang - their dad was up in the tree with long stick whacking at the mischievous boom-a-rang. He eventually got it down just in time for one of the boys to ...

The A&E Wedding

The A&E wedding, named by the brides, for their first names - Andrea and Emma was spectacular! Shoes, shoes, shoes!!!! I love shoes! And I couldn't get enough of their shoes! And the outrageously cute ring bearer and flower girls! Everything was so wonderful! Moth's are supposed to be good luck. Emma found this one attempting to climb out of sink. Andrea and Emma's families were wonderful in their own ways, but both sides loved to laugh and cared deeply about their daughter's! This is one of the things I love about spending time with families, I get to see all kinds of intimacy! It is a wonderful thing to be in the middle of someone else's family - it's like a secret treasure! I feel very blessed to have photographed Andrea and Emma's wedding! Bubbles!!!!!! Andrea and Emma are in a band, http://www.myspace....

Desiree

Desiree was a trooper! It was supposed to be 50 degrees on the day of her Senior Pictures, however the day before it snowed and barely made it out of the 40's. We moved her time back, but it didn't matter - it was still COLD!!!! But we couldn't have planned a better time to do her pictures! The trees were gorgeous and because of the overcast sky the colors popped! This image was taken in a Boulder Art Gallery as we were trying to get warm. We had a wonderful time - I'm pretty sure Desiree will remember this day for a long time!
