As always Cheeseman Park was quite a surprise, and not just because every time my husband goes there he gets hit on by the other men in the park (thankfully no-one hit on the soon to be groom!), but because the light was perfect, it was a mild day and there was hardly anyone in the park. It was a perfect day and Martha and Valentine were very adventurous and did everything I asked with enthusiasm! We also did some wonderful family pictures with Alexis and Xavier! I love the umbrella shots! Alexis looked so adorable with the umbrella! And she was quite the big sister! Xavier didn't have to walk anywhere, she just carried him. If he ever struggles in Math, I'm sure she'll do it for him! Xavier was very shy at first, but when I started playing peek-a-boo from behind the camera he warmed right up! Alexis was really the sweetest sister! Because she was so incredibly helpful, we were able to get some wonderful shots of Martha and Valentine. I love these shots! Valenti...

Marcie and Alan are adorably cute!  Sometimes I find the studio limiting for what I can do with couples, but I was so enchanted by Alan's crooked smile and Marcie's eyes I didn't notice where we were!  I loved working with these two, they fit together like puzzle pieces and it was so easy to photograph them!

This is Selena and she is patiently awaiting the arrival of her baby sister Melanie.  In the few weeks left before her sister is born, Selena thought it would be fun to bring her mom and dad to have pictures done.  She was a great help and could make her parents smile like a pro! Melanie is in there waiting patiently to meet her big sister.  I could tell Selena will be the best big sister ever!  She is very intelligent and curious, traits I'm sure she will share with her baby sister.  And her smile is wonderful!  How her parents haven't given her everything she has ever asked for is beyond me. Aren't they adorable?
