This session was a bit confusing. His parent's thought it was about him. And Sam thought it was about his truck. So, I had to somehow figure out how to do both... And make either party think I was doing what they thought I was doing. Which of course meant that I photographed Sam way more than he thought was necessary.
I love these in the trees! I couldn't believe that the leaves hadn't all changed yet! Such a weird fall we are having!
One of the only reasons we were able to do pictures of just Sam without the truck was because he wanted to do sunset pictures with his truck - if you are starting to think he has a crush on his truck, you would be wrong. It is waaay beyond crush stage. Anyway, we had to wait a little for the sun to go down and in that time I was able to convince him to do some without the truck.
Sam had this vision of dirt on the tires, I don't think he had intended on being in the picture, but I love that he was!
Perhaps I should have started with this image, just to show how much he loves his truck...
I love that we waited for the sun to go down. And I love these!
