Denver Wedding Photography. Becky and Brady

Becky and Brady had a fabulous garden wedding that was truly magical! I loved everything about it!
Their tables were absolutely fabulous!  Becky did such a great job with the decorations!

I was so lucky to have Becky and Brady for an entire hour!  We had a great time running around DU!  After so many people congratulated them, Brady said they should dress like this whenever they were having a bad day.  I do think he is onto something!

I know Brady hated this, but I liked this odd interaction of 2 couples getting married on the same day.  Sorry Brady, but this doesn't happen every day and I had to share it.

I love, LOVE these images!  I think they are some of my favorites!

These are two very precious items of the day.  The handkerchief has been carried by all the women in Brady's family for generations.  And the watch was Brady's great-grandfather's.  I adore these special touches!

Here they are with their special dog - also their ring bearer!

I love Becky!  She is absolutely fantastic!  She is so dynamic, fun, gracious and fantastic!  She just makes me smile!

Becky's grandma was quite the grandma!  She loves her Coors Light, has an amazing life story and the best attitude!  Totally love her!
I wish I could hide this picture and then reveal it.  I love this image!  I can only imagine that she is one of the most vibrant people to hang out with.

Becky and Brady were so gracious and amazing, they served all their guests champagne.  And at the request of Becky's mom, all their guests stood up and said marvelous about them.  And Brady thought getting dressed up and walking around DU made him feel better!  I can't imagine how they felt, but I know I couldn't stop smiling!  There was so much amazing energy and happiness under those tents!

I love these with Becky dancing with her dad!  So sweet!

Elli, Senior Pictures

I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite!   It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain? Gorgeous!   I was hoping for a rainbow, but sadly we missed that! Elli is such a joy to be around. She’s incredibly sweet, the kind of person who makes y...

Grace Senior Pictures, Boulder Co

Sometimes the best things are worth the wait—and Grace’s senior session was definitely one of those moments. After rescheduling thanks to Colorado’s unpredictable rain (seriously, the rain wasn’t acting the way it’s supposed to!), we finally landed the most beautiful day . There was just the right amount of sparkle in the air—it was perfect. Grace is such a delightfully beautiful young lady, inside and out. Her energy is gentle but radiant, and from the moment she showed up, she was so excited to be in front of the camera. That kind of enthusiasm? It’s contagious—and honestly, I was just as excited as she was! We had a great time exploring by the creek, Chautauqua and the top of Flagstaff   Mountain and soaking in that golden light, and creating portraits that felt so her. And then…I brought out the mylar. 😄 I had this fun, artsy idea to play with reflections and light using sheets of mylar—something a little different, a little sparkly, and totally dreamy. Turns out...

Alex, Senior Pictures

When I talked to Alex's mom, she said he really didn't want to do pictures and she thought the best thing to do was to do family pictures and then sneak some senior pictures in.  I don't usually do that, but I figured that she knew how he would be the most comfortable and what would be the most successful.    I am so glad that we did it this way, she was definitely right!  I hope Alex at least had a decent time, but I could tell that he was not really into it - maybe if I'd had another hour with him....  just kidding, I think that would have made him super anxious!  I just hope in the future he keeps allowing himself to be photographed for those he loves.  Because even though he didn't want to do it, he did a great job and didn't complain at all.                                                 ...
