Boulder Senior Pictures, Sofia

Sofia was a dream! She has the greatest, most upbeat personality! She has been my most excited high school senior this year! It was so wonderful to watch her excitement and enthusiasm - she just makes me smile!



I really try not to use the same spots over and over again, but this year is a little different and not all locations are open or available.  But if I was going to use a spot over and over again, it would be here!  I just love so many of these spots on the CU campus!




See!  She is just the happiest of people!  I love it!
I didn't think this was going to work, in fact I stopped taking pictures because it wasn't looking the way I wanted.  Now I wish I would have done more because I actually really like it!





I really hate that there are so many fires in Colorado right now, but I do love what it does to the sunlight.  Normally, you only get a few minutes of this lovely orange, but right now you can get it for about any hour!

This young man! He is fantastic! I loved that he knew what he wanted and we were able to find some marvelous spots!  Look at those colors!  They were so amazing!   I did Tanner's  sisters senior pictures  a few years ago and these two are just wonderful kids!  I really love working with their family!  They are just wonderful people! I love this one! I just love this one of these two! We were done and on the way back to the car when I saw the sky and I was I like we have to do more!  I ran to my car, got a light and we did a few more pictures! I love this one! Sophia Senior Pictures, Boulder

The thing I remember the most about Sophia's session was walking around chatting and laughing! This girl is going places, she is just so busy with everything! And I bet she does everything with that beautiful smile of hers! I love this one!  Her hair!  It is just gorgeous! I love that whatever pose I put her in, she looked so amazing!   I love all these colors, they were absolutely beautiful! I mentioned that she could get into the water if she wanted and the next thing I know she is sitting in the water!  It was so awesome! I would have suggested she get her hair wet, but we still had another location to get to! I love these in the field so much!   Chautuaqua  is always a magical place! And then the sun came out!  We were out of the field at this point and when the sun came out, Sophia and I ran back and did some more pictures!  I was so excited! Evan Senior Pictures, Golden

Evan really wanted to do pictures in an aspen grove and I was really worried all the leaves would be gone, and most of them were. But there were enough to make it look good. And the grasses! Oh my they were so amazing! I absolutely love the blue with all the fall colors!   I love this one! I love how Evan did his hair different at the 2nd location!  I always wish there was more time to do such things on sessions!
