Layla and Amari, 9 and 10 birthdays!

 These two! They are so close and just absolutely adorable! The last time we did pictures with the two of them, they were turning 4 and 3 - and they were just as cute then as they are now!

I love this one so much!  So cute!


Layla is just the cutest!





Amari may not have been so excited about doing pictures as Layla was, but he definitely warmed up 😊

We tried jumping 😄 I think he did fantastic!
And he's 9!  I can't believe he's getting so big!  It seems like a couple of years ago that we did pictures when he was first born 😊



This cake smelled so good!  I had to go to the store and get one of my own 😂



And the battle of the cake begins 😂


We had to get paper towels after this!

It was so cute that Layla was "helping" Amari get the cake off of his face 😂

Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Isaak's Senior Pictures, Boulder

 Isaak was so easygoing and genuinely amazing to be around!  He wanted his senior pictures at sunset in Boulder, which is always a hit or a miss. There’s just something about that golden light hitting the rocks and mountains that makes everything feel magical. The only catch? Everyone else thinks so too. I picked this spot years ago because hardly anyone goes there. But this time, when we showed up, it was packed ! I couldn’t believe it. I was like, really?? Why here, today of all days? As it turns out, a sweet group of friends was setting up for a surprise proposal right in the middle of our spot. I mean, adorable, but also, the timing!  But honestly, that’s one of the things I love about my job, something unexpected always happens. Whether it’s weather changes, running late, surprise events, or wardrobe hiccups, it's always a challenge! And every single time, it ends up being even better than what I planned.
