Brighton Kid Portraits, Twin Charmers

These two have pretty much stolen my heart! They are amazingly adorable and so fun to photograph! Those smiles! Those eyes! And those personalities that are so much bigger than life! I totally love these girls! I photographed these two to try out my new tent and my new chair. I am so excited! The chair will be perfect for so many different kinds of photo shoots!

I love their outfits! Their mom did such a good job picking them out!

I had to tell them that this is the only chair anywhere that they can stand on like this. I didn't want them going home and walking all over the furniture with dirty feet or shoes. Luckily, the chair is scotch guarded and for photo shoots. It's not like it won't get dirty any other day.

I love my new tent! There are few kinks that I need to work out, but it will be such a fun prop this summer!

Just to show that things are not always rosy and perfect.... Sometimes there are some moments in between.

I love the balloons, I think I may have balloons at all my portrait sessions this year! Hopefully the helium shortage is over.

Sage's Senior Pictures, Boulder

When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! The locations she chose were absolutely perfect, and they fit her so well. And then, as if the day knew how amazing Sage is, the sun came out just for her. It had been hiding behind the clouds for quite a while, but suddenly it burst through, lighting up her gorgeous hair and giving everything this beautiful, glowy warmth. It honestly felt magical, and I couldn’t have been more excited. Photographing Sage was such an honor. She’s kind, authentic, and absolutely radiant—I just adored every moment of her session! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go! Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot. This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Isaak's Senior Pictures, Boulder

Isaak was so easygoing and genuinely amazing to be around! He wanted his senior pictures at sunset in Boulder, which is always a hit or a miss. There’s just something about that golden light hitting the rocks and mountains that makes everything feel magical. The only catch? Everyone else thinks so too. I picked this spot years ago because hardly anyone goes there. But this time, when we showed up, it was packed ! I couldn’t believe it. I was like, really?? Why here, today of all days? As it turns out, a sweet group of friends was setting up for a surprise proposal right in the middle of our spot. I mean, adorable, but also, the timing! But honestly, that’s one of the things I love about my job, something unexpected always happens. Whether it’s weather changes, running late, surprise events, or wardrobe hiccups, it's always a challenge! And every single time, it ends up being even better than what I planned.
