Emma Senior Pictures, Boulder

 I did Emma’s sister Lizzy’s senior pictures a few years ago, so when Emma’s mom called to schedule hers, I was so excited! It’s always such a joy to photograph another member of a family. There’s something so special about seeing families over the years!  I just adore having these connections.

Just like with Lizzy’s session, this one had its own little adventures! With Lizzy, we could only photograph in one spot for a few minutes before needing to move and we needed to find another location.  When we went to the other location, it was so great! With Emma, we had to reschedule twice, but the third time turned out to be absolutely perfect. If we hadn't rescheduled two times, we wouldn't have seen this amazing orange tree that was so similar to an image from Lizzy's session.  I love that connection!

Emma was so sweet and easy to be around. Her mom, sister, and boyfriend came along for the session, which made the day even more fun. Her little sister is completely adorable - full of energy and smiles - and her boyfriend was so kind and attentive to Emma. I love getting to witness those little interactions, the way people laugh together or share a look. Those small moments are what make each session so special.

 When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Brayden, Golden, Co.

 When Brayden said he wanted to do his senior pictures at Red Rocks, I was totally on board, Red Rocks is always amazing and absolutely beautiful! The only problem was the day we were doing them there was a concert.  I was very nervous! I’ve done sessions there before when a concert was happening that night, and it just a very adventurous thing to do. There are so many cars!  And people.  They are everywhere!  I didn’t even know who was performing that night, but that doesn't mean much...  I was crossing my fingers that it would all work out. And thankfully it did! It was perfect. There weren’t many people around until the doors opened, and that gave us such an amazing window to get some incredible shots. These are probably some of the greatest images I have taken at the tunnel! It was very exciting! We were lucky to be blessed with some beautiful deer!
