Brighton Senior Pictures, Tessa

I love my job soooo much!  I think I am one of the luckiest people in the world to get to do the things I do.  I have stood in oceans, rivers and streams to photograph people.  I have climbed rocks, tumbled down hillsides chasing after people on horses, sat in the bucket of a front end loader and raised up.  And now I can say I've atv'ed into the perfect spots.  I love that what I do is different, fun and exciting!  And I love it when people say "thank you for coming way out here" or "thank you for doing something different."  Because really - I love it!

So, obviously Tessa's Senior Pictures were taken "somewhere else."  We did pictures on her families property in Conifer.  When we scheduled the appointment, it was in the upper 80's.  Who would have thought there would be snow on the our scheduled day??? 

 I love this field!

 And this fence was fantastic!  I could have photographed her all day!



 And the barn!  Oh my!  I had so much fun!

This young man! He is fantastic! I loved that he knew what he wanted and we were able to find some marvelous spots!  Look at those colors!  They were so amazing!   I did Tanner's  sisters senior pictures  a few years ago and these two are just wonderful kids!  I really love working with their family!  They are just wonderful people! I love this one! I just love this one of these two! We were done and on the way back to the car when I saw the sky and I was I like we have to do more!  I ran to my car, got a light and we did a few more pictures! I love this one! Sophia Senior Pictures, Boulder

The thing I remember the most about Sophia's session was walking around chatting and laughing! This girl is going places, she is just so busy with everything! And I bet she does everything with that beautiful smile of hers! I love this one!  Her hair!  It is just gorgeous! I love that whatever pose I put her in, she looked so amazing!   I love all these colors, they were absolutely beautiful! I mentioned that she could get into the water if she wanted and the next thing I know she is sitting in the water!  It was so awesome! I would have suggested she get her hair wet, but we still had another location to get to! I love these in the field so much!   Chautuaqua  is always a magical place! And then the sun came out!  We were out of the field at this point and when the sun came out, Sophia and I ran back and did some more pictures!  I was so excited! Cecilia, Andrew and their adorable children. Oh and a few alpacas. Franktown, Co

Photographing with alpacas has been sooooo much fun! They are just adorable, sweet and have the cutest faces! And this family made it so much more enjoyable! These kids are downright adorable! And full of such personality - I was in love!   These kids!  Their reactions to the alpacas were just adorable!  There's a video on instagram about it too, I encourage you to go check it out!  So cute! Those sweaters!  They were so cute!  Hopefully they were warm because it was cold that day!  And out in the field with all the snow was so much cooler!  But those kids were amazing leaving their jackets off while we took pictures!  I personally would have frozen and just fallen over without my jacket! I love LOVE this light!  If the kids hadn't been warmly bundled in a wagon, I would have thrown them in to the image too, but to make them get out in the cold was a little cruel.   For more information on High School Seniors, Portraits and Weddings...
