Brighton Senior Pictures, Zach

I feel like Zach's pictures were 3 different kids.  There was the Soccer/Snowboard kid and then the funky, paradoxical kid and then the car kid.  Maybe I shouldn't say kid...  young adult.  I think his parents are very lucky to have such a dynamic, interesting young adult!  I'm sure there are no dull moments with him.

I love the colors!  And Zach's snowboard is so photographicable.
 I love this one!

I really love this one!  And probably looks more like snowboarding than the rest.

This is one of my favorite places to take pictures!  It just smells baaadddd!  But I was glad that Zach wanted to do pictures here, because it is such a great spot.  And I was surprised at how bad it still smells with the cooler weather.  I think it is all the bat and owl stuff inside.

We were so lucky that a train came by!

As we were walking toward the car to drive to another spot, Zach says 'just so you know, sometimes the brakes fail when the car reaches high speeds.'  I did falter a bit, I was thinking well it can't be that bad - can it?  His parents wouldn't really let him drive a car that brake's failed, at high speeds no less - would they?  And as I was thinking about that, he was chuckling, because it was a joke.  So he has a sense of humor too!
 I love this one too!

Brighton High School Pictures, Faith

We did Faith's pictures at Golden's Historic Park, it was such a fun session.  I love Faith and her family, they are so down to earth and such marvelous people!  It was really nice to go around the park with them and chat.  This fall, during South Africa's summer they are going back to do more senior pictures (I wish I was going!  Can you imagine?? What fun that would be!)  Faith was born there and she spent a lot of time in her Aunt's garden, so they wanted to go back and have her picture taken in the gardens.  I think that is such a sweet and touching thing to do.

 I love her laugh!

There was this moment where some boys walked by and Faith's mom was teasing her about liking their shoes, but I don't think it was their shoes that Faith was smiling so big about.  I just love her big smile!  She is so beautiful!
At this point, I think she was laughing because she was so happy we were done.  I think she was tired and done with me taking her picture long before …

Denver High School Pictures, Cala

Cala is one of my High School Models and she is freaking adorable!  We had so much fun at Little Man Ice Cream!  I love how excited she was about ice cream and doing pictures!  And eating ice cream at 10am is really not that bad, I could get used to it.    I love her laugh!  I love the bubbles!

These were so much fun!  And the people who work there were amazing!

I love this one!  These were so much fun!  I love the old roller coaster car, I can't believe that people actually rode in those!  I hope there were cushions on them or there would have been a lot of super sore backs.  Cala has such a beautiful smile!  Such a happy fun young lady!

Colorado Family Pictures, Heidi and Brad

I don't even know what I can say about Heidi that would do justice to her amazingness!  She is so incredibly kind and thoughtful, I adore her so much!  And her family is equally so!  Of course, it would be hard to be around her and not be so amazing, people would notice.  Heidi's granddaughter was enthralled with a train, I am sure she will be super bummed when the train comes down.    Love this cat!  She is so beautiful!  I love this one!
Poor thing!  Being the youngest, they have to take a photo by themselves. But she did a fantastic job and I was very grateful for her going along with the whole thing.  The baby is so precious!!  So adorable!  Aren't they just precious?!?

I love toddlers!  One minute they are upset and the next they are smiling.  It is adorable!

 I love this one!
