I know lots of people are waiting for blog postings and galleries to be uploaded, I am working diligently to get them all done! My dad was in the hospital last week (he is ok! Yay!) and I was with him for a few days. I thought I could catch up this week, but it has proven to be harder than I thought! But rest assured, I am working, working! I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite! It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain? Gorgeous!
