Denver High School Senior Pictures, Hope

This was one of my sessions for my promotional video.  We had such a great time, I am so glad that Hope agreed to do this for me!  I did her Senior Pictures last year and she is one of the most confident and vibrant young ladies I know!  I love her excitement and optimism for life and I just knew she would be perfect for the video!  Check out her Senior Pictures from last year - http://nbeckphoto.blogspot.com/2016/12/brighton-high-school-senior-pictures.html.
I love this wall!  It is such a great spot for pictures and the light is always fabulous here!
Hope is such a hoot!  There was so much laughter that day!  And she is a master at making faces!

This is Trish!  She is one of the amazing videographers!  She does some amazing videos to preserve family stories, it is such a cool concept!  Her business is called Stories not Forgotten.

I love this image!  It really shows Trish and how much she loves what she does.

I love how cute she looks!
They were starting to do my video and I saw Hope taking selfies of herself and I just couldn't resist!
I love these from when Hope was giving her testimonial!
Deb is the other videographer and she is amazing!  She has some beautiful images of Australia, Colorado and other places as well!  She does video and photography, her business is Deb Cochrane Images.  You should check it out, her work is beautiful!

Tanner's Senior Pictures, Boulder

This young man! He is fantastic! I loved that he knew what he wanted and we were able to find some marvelous spots!  Look at those colors!  They were so amazing!   I did Tanner's  sisters senior pictures  a few years ago and these two are just wonderful kids!  I really love working with their family!  They are just wonderful people! I love this one! I just love this one of these two! We were done and on the way back to the car when I saw the sky and I was I like we have to do more!  I ran to my car, got a light and we did a few more pictures! I love this one! I absolutely love this shirt!  It is so awesome! Elli, Senior Pictures

I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite!   It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain? Gorgeous!   I was hoping for a rainbow, but sadly we missed that! Elli is such a joy to be around. She’s incredibly sweet, the kind of person who makes y...

Alex, Senior Pictures

When I talked to Alex's mom, she said he really didn't want to do pictures and she thought the best thing to do was to do family pictures and then sneak some senior pictures in.  I don't usually do that, but I figured that she knew how he would be the most comfortable and what would be the most successful.    I am so glad that we did it this way, she was definitely right!  I hope Alex at least had a decent time, but I could tell that he was not really into it - maybe if I'd had another hour with him....  just kidding, I think that would have made him super anxious!  I just hope in the future he keeps allowing himself to be photographed for those he loves.  Because even though he didn't want to do it, he did a great job and didn't complain at all.                                                 ...
