Brighton High School Senior Pictures, Veronica

Veronica is such a sweet girl, I was a little worried at first she seemed so shy.  But once I got her to laugh, she warmed right up.  I had taken pictures of her friend Adrienne at the beginning of the summer,  I was so delighted that she liked Adrienne's pictures so much that she wanted me to do hers.  I couldn't get over her eyes, they were so beautifully brown!  I am sure that some boy out there has sung Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison to her at some point, and if they haven't I'm sure it will happen! 
 I love how playful she looks!




 I haven't had many girls request flowers in their pictures this year, so I was very excited when Veronica said she wanted to have flowers.  And I know this spot that is just spectacular!  One day, I shall take a photo to show where this spot is, because if I told you now it was off of a highway outside of a neighborhood, you probably wouldn't believe me.





 I love the flowers with her black and white stripes!

 When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Elli, Senior Pictures

  I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite!   It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain?
