Denver Wedding Photography, Elizabeth and Eddy

I do not like how busy I have been feeling!  It's just rush, rush, rush!  I feel like I have been rushing through sessions like wild fire, I would really like to slow down and enjoy work.  But I know people are waiting!  I am trying, but with school starting and I have a head cold, it makes it a little harder to hustle, hustle.  And whenever I get like this, it seems like my computer has slowed down to snail speed.  I keep hoping to catch up... Maybe tomorrow!
 
I cannot believe the Elizabeth and Eddy's wedding has come and gone, it seems like it was just last year I did Elizabeth's Senior Pictures and last month I did their engagement shoot.  And now they're married!  I really enjoyed hanging out with Elizabeth and Eddy, they are such a wonderful couple and fabulous individual people, they are very lucky to have found each other!
 I love Elizabeth's dress!  It was so beautiful!

 It's always nice to have that before the ceremony shot!

 

 It was so sweet when Elizabeth gave her dad the cuff links, he was very choked up and so touched.  It's moments like this that I kind of feel bad that I am photographing, like I am intruding.  But at the same time I know these images are so important and should be photographed!  I hope they did not feel like I was intruding because I love these images!

She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Elli, Senior Pictures

  I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite!   It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain?
