You may remember Sadie and Aiden from various other sessions, I love these guys!  They are such a wonderful family!  Their mom is pregnant with another adorable child, I can't wait to meet the new one! 
 
I love sessions that are easy and laid back and this was definitely one of those.  These were for one of Aiden's first year sessions, that extended a wee bit past a year.  We always do a few images of Sadie in her dance outfits too, just because I'm nice like that.  Sadie played the teenager so well, every chance she had she'd be on her ipod playing games and tuning out.  Luckily, she was quicker to put it away than my kids, or we would have been there for years.  And somehow we got lucky because Aiden was tired, but just enough to not run off all the time, but not too tired to be crabby.

I love Aiden's room!  I think I need a Dr. Seuss room too - would that be weird since my kids are all past the Dr. Seuss phase?  Maybe I could make my office Dr. Seuss...

Sage's Senior Pictures, Boulder

 When I first showed up for Sage’s senior session, I just knew it was going to be something special. She was a little shy at first, but right away I could tell what a sweet and genuine young lady she is. And once she warmed up, she started to shine—it was such a joy to capture! Avery Senior Pictures, Denver Botanic Gardens

 Avery is one of my incredible Senior Influencers, and she totally rocked her session! From the very beginning, she was ready to go!  Every pose I put her in, she made look amazing — it made photographing her an absolute joy. We started at the Denver Botanic Gardens, which was the perfect backdrop for her session. Everywhere we turned there were stunning plants, colorful flowers, and hidden little corners. Avery looked so natural — it was like the gardens were showing off just for her! After exploring the gardens, we headed over to Cheesman Park to slow things down a bit. The vibe there was more relaxed, with gorgeous light. It gave us the perfect mix of elegance and laid-back charm, and Avery’s personality shone through every single shot.   This session was such a fun combination of vibrant and chill, and Avery made it all look effortless. Brayden, Golden, Co.

 When Brayden said he wanted to do his senior pictures at Red Rocks, I was totally on board, Red Rocks is always amazing and absolutely beautiful! The only problem was the day we were doing them there was a concert.  I was very nervous! I’ve done sessions there before when a concert was happening that night, and it just a very adventurous thing to do. There are so many cars!  And people.  They are everywhere!  I didn’t even know who was performing that night, but that doesn't mean much...  I was crossing my fingers that it would all work out. And thankfully it did! It was perfect. There weren’t many people around until the doors opened, and that gave us such an amazing window to get some incredible shots.
