Juliana and Andrew's Engagement

Oh my! I barely took a breath while photographing these two! They were just off twirling, kissing, cuddling, laughing and dancing around me! I could barely keep up! They are just the absolute cutest!

We met at Evergreen Lake and we were going to do a lot at the dam… but for whatever reason, the wind from the day before was just swirling away there!  And standing in front of all that water spilling over the dam and having the wind blow it in our direction was just too much!  So we cut the dam short.  I was a little bummed because that backdrop of frozen water was just gorgeous!

Most of the time, I have to tell couples to kiss, but with these two I was a little like could you stop and look at me haha!  But really, I was so in love with how in love these two were, so I just let them do all the cute things they were doing and kept photographing.

Aren’t they just the cutest???  I cannot wait for their wedding!  It is going to be fantastic!

Downright LOVE!

Trying to edit these images down for a sneak peek was the hardest!  I was like I love allllll of these and it was just too many for a sneak peek, because it was all of them!  And this series was the hardest!  I could have made the entire sneak peek out of these!  Wish me luck trying to edit everything down to a reasonable amount for the final gallery!

They are soooooo adorable!  I am so lucky they picked me to do their wedding!

Love! Love!  Love!

Elli, Senior Pictures

I was so excited for this session — my very first full Senior Session! These types of sessions are always my favorite!   It means I am getting back to work and there is always something so special about capturing a person right on the edge of everything new. And with Elli, I knew it was going to be a great one. From the moment we started planning, her energy and excitement made it clear: this was going to be one for the books. And it was — even with the weather throwing us a little curveball. About halfway through the session, the skies opened up and we had to pause for a solid 45 minutes. But honestly? Even that didn’t take away from how amazing the day was. The rain gave us a chance to slow down, laugh, and reset — and when we got going again, everything felt a little more magical - and the lighting post-rain? Gorgeous!   I was hoping for a rainbow, but sadly we missed that! Elli is such a joy to be around. She’s incredibly sweet, the kind of person who makes y...

Tanner's Senior Pictures, Boulder

This young man! He is fantastic! I loved that he knew what he wanted and we were able to find some marvelous spots!  Look at those colors!  They were so amazing!   I did Tanner's  sisters senior pictures  a few years ago and these two are just wonderful kids!  I really love working with their family!  They are just wonderful people! I love this one! I just love this one of these two! We were done and on the way back to the car when I saw the sky and I was I like we have to do more!  I ran to my car, got a light and we did a few more pictures! I love this one! I absolutely love this shirt!  It is so awesome! Alex, Senior Pictures

When I talked to Alex's mom, she said he really didn't want to do pictures and she thought the best thing to do was to do family pictures and then sneak some senior pictures in.  I don't usually do that, but I figured that she knew how he would be the most comfortable and what would be the most successful.    I am so glad that we did it this way, she was definitely right!  I hope Alex at least had a decent time, but I could tell that he was not really into it - maybe if I'd had another hour with him....  just kidding, I think that would have made him super anxious!  I just hope in the future he keeps allowing himself to be photographed for those he loves.  Because even though he didn't want to do it, he did a great job and didn't complain at all.                                                 ...
